Juicing Journey 1: Red Detox Juice

RED DETOX JUICE:

4     carrots
2     cucumbers
2     sugar beets
1/2  lemon
2    green apple


Instructions:
1) Wash all the ingredients using water
2) Cut all the ingredients as small as it would fit the juicer. Peel skin of ingredients if it is not organic. ( In my case it was applicable to the green apple.) Peel skin of lemon. 
3)  Put the ingredients one by one in the juicer.
4) Mix all extracted juice and put aside in a container. 

Tips: If you are not going to consume the juice immediately you may freeze it in ice cubes container.

Taste: The taste of the celery is dominant in the juice. Maybe next time I'll add more apples to make it more familiar to my tastebuds.

It was able to yield 1 liter of juice.
