Sunflower oil as describe in HHN website can be used to lighten eye bags. It also contains vitamins A, D & E to help fight wrinkles and naturally protect skin from infections and irritants. (from HHN website).My personal experience when I used it on my eyebags, I notice after a few use I developed milia under the eyes so I stopped using the product when it comes to the skin. Too bad I was really looking forward in making a good review. Maybe I'm just allergic to sunflower oil. I'll just try to use it next time as a hair moisturizer.
